Camlica Tower
Istanbul's tallest structure, on a hill on the Asian side: two glass-walled decks with a 360° view over the Bosphorus and the historic peninsula.
TicketsCamlica Tower (Turkish: Çamlıca Kulesi) is a 369 m broadcasting tower on Kucuk Camlica hill in Uskudar, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It replaced the many separate TV and radio antennas that used to crowd the hill.
Visitors go up to two observation decks on floors 33 and 34, about 370 m above sea level. Higher up, floor 39 has a café and floor 40 a restaurant.

The café on floor 39 takes walk-ins when there is space. The restaurant on floor 40 needs a reservation.

Sold online and at the desks in the foyer, cash or card. A ticket is valid only on its date, with a set entry time. Prices differ: foreign visitors pay 900 TL, Turkish citizens less.

Location and opening hours
Camlica Tower stands on Kucuk Camlica hill in Uskudar, on the Asian side. The nearest metro is Kisikli on the M5 line, a 15-20 minute walk uphill.

Before you go
Is there an open-air terrace?
No. Both observation floors are fully enclosed behind glass, with no outdoor balcony.
How long can I stay on the observation deck?
Up to 1.5 hours. Entry is by the time on your ticket, but at peak times the queue for the two lifts can still reach an hour.
What can't I bring in?
Tripods, large camera lenses, binoculars, musical instruments, suitcases, large backpacks, bottles and pets are not allowed. Everyone goes through a security check, and there is a cloakroom for your things.
Do I need a reservation for the restaurant?
Yes for 360 Kule Restaurant on floor 40. The café on floor 39 needs no reservation, but seats depend on availability.
Is Camlica Tower included in Istanbul city passes?
The observation deck is included in the Istanbul Tourist Pass. The state Museum Pass Istanbul is not accepted here.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The decks are reached by lift, the stairs are for emergencies only, and pushchairs are allowed.
Can I combine it with Camlica Mosque?
Yes. The mosque stands on the same Camlica hills above Uskudar, and both are reached from Kisikli metro station (the mosque is a 20-25 minute walk uphill), so they are easy to see on the same trip to the Asian side. How to get there
